I’m an entrepreneur, designer, educator, and leader with over twenty-five years experience. I work strategically and hands-on to build brands, companies, products, and services that see you and your needs, reduce complexity, and when all is said and done create value. I’m skilled at fostering the right conditions for teams to thrive through leading by doing, facilitation, coaching, and building a culture for experimentation and feedback. Currently, I’m supporting innovation teams at Gjensidige with strategic and hands-on service development.
